Empty Home Package: from $595
Includes 1-hour in home consult prior to empty home staging. Estimated cost for Kiss Home Staging to implement the staging plan with written plan of action and timetable. When a home is empty ,most people cannot visualize what a room will look like with furniture. Staging takes the guess work out of furniture placement and can make small spaces appear larger with the correct use of color, accessories and furniture. Kiss Home Staging will arrange the delivery of furniture rentals and accessories to stage your empty home. We work with the rented furniture to give the home a lived in appearance.

How the Home Staging Process Works:
The stager will be paying close attention to the flow between rooms, how many rooms you have and what the likely target market is for your home. We will evaluate whether the current use of each room is optimal when decorating to sell. After the initial walk through, you can expect us to go back to each room and give you a detailed vision and plan for what needs to be done to turn your house into a show home.
